Already colonized under our antler-cultivation protocol — Ganoderma multipileum, a distinct species within the Ganoderma lucidum complex, grown to produce dramatic stag-horn fruiting bodies instead of the classic kidney cap. Shares the same core bioactive compound classes as standard Reishi, in a completely different growing experience.
Cut it open and maintain elevated CO2 (above 5,000 ppm) throughout fruiting by limiting fresh air exchange — the opposite of most fruiting blocks. Too much airflow and it reverts to a normal cap instead of branching antlers. Fruit at 70–82°F with 85–90% humidity.
Expect 60–90+ days to full antler development, 1–2 flushes total. Advanced growers only — this is the most technically demanding block we sell.
